Yep I do understand that, that is why I say we ought to call them on it rather than cater to their crybaby act. We should stick to the rules by holding cleanly punch holes are voted, holes with any chad still clinging on are not votes. Where is it the Judicial branch of government has the power to allow for the divining of voter intent? I say they have over stepped their bounds...and if they hadn't...this whole situation would not exist today.
