07:46 ET Opening Indications : The futures are tricky to read this morning because of Friday's late plunge with the FL Supreme Court announcement followed by good news with
Saturday's stay from the Supreme Court. The result is that the Nasdaq 100 futures are up the 95 point limit, but because of the late plunge Friday, they are still about 40 points below fair
value. That would typically indicate a lower open, but because of the 95 point limit, the reality is probably stronger than that reading. The best guess now is that Saturday's US Supreme Court
action was a full offset to Friday's Florida Supreme Court action, and that the result will be a roughly flat open.
