OT Air Quality Efforts Douglas, I may not be an expert on Texas initiatives AQ relative to other states, but my understanding is that Texas's efforts are well below normal in the AQ area and that the air could be allot better if Texas had implemented initiatives closer to the norm of the US. Not to many people are willing to go forward subsidizing industry but permitting the degradation of their State, their health and ultimately their property values because industry wants to save a buck.
