National picks Tensilica processor for wireless chip set eet.com "National, for its part, had looked into developing a configurable CPU itself, but in the end chose to use Tensilica because that company had a working solution that could be introduced to the marketplace sooner" Good chance WIND is involved here given the WIND/Tensilica announcement last Feb. Strong resistance at $45. Seems to me upside analyst targets are set on a price resulting from a growth rate twice what management'g guidance is. Fair value based on management's guidance is about $35. Downside risk value to me is about $22 if sentiment were to turn against the stock for whatever reason.
