suggests states do away with voting restrictions based on any disability, and replace it with a simple test Include also the question of whether they know who is running for office. Kinda reminds of this guy I went through basic training with during the early '80s... It was obvious the guy's recruiter had failed to screen him properly because there was no doubt he was retarded. Nice guy, and he tried hard, but the Drills used to have fun asking him who the president was... He'd always answer Richard Nixon, Roosevelt... and once I heard him state it was Abraham Lincoln. He was also the only guy, when the company marched on parade who, when the command "Eyes Right!" was shouted, went "Eyes Left.." It was quite funny to watch... :0) But don't worry... they washed him out before graduation..
