DoubleClick (DCLK) 12: Company planning to hold a conference call after the close to discuss Q4 outlook. Given current environment, Merrill Lynch expects call would probably be to reduce guidance.... DCLK shares trading at $11 1/2 in pre-market. 09:04 ET InfoSpace.com (INSP) 13 11/16: Merrill Lynch lowers near-term rating to ACCUMULATE from BUY. Says while it does not see significantly more downside, also does not see the type of upside potential that firm believes some investors are expect. Reduces 2001 earnings view to $0.14 from $0.16 due to Locus Dialogue acquisition.
