Network Update

There is an issue this morning with regards to logging onto the Herndon servers. We are currently investigating the issue. As a work around, please delete both the continuumclient.ini file and the temp folder, as this will allow users to successfully log in. We have also posted this information under the Network Update on the website.

I have seen many cases where a client was unable to get into QC via RQ or QC as a standalone app.

Here is a possible solution

Determine the server that you can connect to and then try and force the other app, QC or RQ, to load onto that server.
