Just last week he said that the FLSC would rule against the Gore team and he supported that. My 4-year old is more consistent than him.

It is completely different. The USSC, for obvious reasons, stopped democracy in its tracks and departed from over a hundred years of stare decisis and precedent to do so. It was the worst decision I have ever seen a court make.
