... a good friend just called me from Naples, Florida ... he just sold his entire position in SUNW @ 35 7/8 ... some 10,000 shares (split-adjusted) that he bought mainly in 1994 ... made a great profit ... but I am totally amazed that he did that ... WOW Ken Wilson ... is this capitulation? ... certainly is his ...

Dear HT: The matter is now in the hands of the USSC. They will decide on what is fair and just and we will go on. GW's ability to delegate duties to those most capable of carrying them out, as the Economist says, appear to me to be his strongest assets. He will be a uniter and all will be well in the land. Now, what about SUNW and its being attacked by Goldman Sachs and others? I guess its our turn to be up for the volatility play the brokerages love to play this year. I am holding fast and expecting a rapid turnaround. JDN
