lawdog, there are cases which support Bush's federal question claims such as equal protection, due process, separation of powers and fixing of eleciton laws prior to the vote. You know that. I'm not saying they will ultimately prevail but they are there and it is silly to argue they are not. That's all.

The subject of the FLSC ruling is not only subject to Florida law. I would've thought a legal type, such as yourself, could grasp this basic concept.
