Definately. However, the S.Ct. had previously demonstrated a wisdom and impartiality that led many to believe that they could rise above partisan politics. It's clear that the court is no different now than it was when Dredd Scott was handed down. It is unfortunate that the modern S.Ct. charade has come to an end. I propose that if Bush is elected that the Senate should filibuster through any attempt to appoint Justices. In 2 years, we'll get the Senate and stop the GOP coup in it's tracks.
