I think the stigma from the past lingers. Lets see what happens as the information flows. This is just the first deal. The watching investors should be convinced as the new company matures. They have to prove they are a new company with shareholders and profits (execution) in mind. They have nearly 300 employees with the great majority assigned to execution.
