Agree ggamer, probably a plus for CDMA in Korea in the long run...lots of ways to pay a bribe, eh?

The arbitrators are probably not all Korean so it is unlikely that politics played a major role in the result. This is one reason (if not the only one) why the contract called for international arbitration precluding the Korean company from seeking relief in a Korean court.

hmm nice way to hide a bribe. I'm not that worried about it. What I would like to know is how many other sharing deals has QCOM done?
