not already been counted? They have been run through
the counters not once but twice, then sorted by a
device which blows air to sort the undervotes. How
do you know that a ballot with a clear punch for
President wasn't counted before?

The fact of the matter is that we will never be able
to be sure of who won the election, but we do know
that twice the ballots were counted, and twice, George
W. Bush won those counts.

Enough of recounts. Lets prepare the inaugeration!!!

The votes have been fairly counted AND recounted. The question is whether another recount is warranted and the fairest way to do that. So far, under the laws that existed prior to the election, another recount does not seem warranted and if it was, no one has come up with a way to do so.
