Bush problem is with the counting methods. JLA

MSNBC reported last night that during the manual recount a butterfly ballot was found with two holes for President punched and the voter had written on the ballot "I want to vote for Gore." The ballot was discarded and not counted.

So what's Bush's problem with this method when they are successfully disqualifying ballots that clearly reflect the intent of the voter?
