Great article....BUT ---

The article talks about COMPANY share repurchases. It does not talk about the officers of the company stepping up to the plate and purchasing shares out of their OWN POCKET.

The article talks about companies using the company cash to purchase shares on the open market. Yes, that is a great tool in showing confidence in their own stock but... as the article states...companies may have other reasons to purchase stock....

It is a COMPLETELY different story if an INDIVIDUAL officer of the company makes a purchase...It is as clear a statement as can be made that that individual believes the stock is undervalued and represents an excellent investment vehicle...
