In local paper yesterday... 40% partial recounts of Dade county undervotes yielded 41 for BUSH. This is where Gore and Mika/MSNBC were looking for 800 for Gore. Looks like Scumbria may be right about the undervotes favoring Bush. Unfortunately, the FLSCs decision to include 168 partial hand counted votes for Gore in Dade BUT from heavy Gore precincts, rendered their decision useless, IMHO.
