Hi GZ, On the positive side my account is up 7.0 % waiting for the final court decision. gulp This is exciting: last monday was a rally day - friday was a confirmation of rally day - today semi's are gapping up on breakouts in anticipation of the decision( Amat,Nvls,Cohu). This is a MOST IMPORTANT DEVELOPEMENT. Lacking in all past rallies was a lack of new leadership. This has all the marks of a major market psychological reversal - with ole reliable TECH IN THE LEAD !!!!!! Bob

Oh, I certainly agree with you in principle... we're all entitled to the first amendment right of free speech, that would also include me if I wish to make disparaging comments about the apparent partisanship of the USSC...<g> still, I would like to think they would come up with something fair and equitable, my guess is that they might..... probably the reason they're taking so long with their decision is because they'll taking the time to look over the ballots and come up with an intelligent way to count them... that would seem most fair..... GZ
