"Why do they owe it to us to falsely prop up the value of the shares.".....

O.K. --- So your reasoning goes that the CEO of Openwave ( formerly Phone.com ) has "falsely" increased the value of the shares of his company???

hmmm.... I get it --- he probably flipped them an hour after the news came out that he shelled out $11 Million of HIS own cash to "falsely" prop the shares up... Yeah, he probably sold them the day the news came out and made a quick $3,000,000.00 ------
