Joe,

There is only one clause in the Constitution about the right to bear arms. It is clear that the Government is infringing on my Constitutional rights by not letting me own a nuke, or a few little biological or chemical weapons.

It is also clear that abortion is murder, and the Bible makes quite clear what the punishment is for adultery.

If you insist on simple minded interpretation of one piece of law, and ignore every other legal standard, statute, and precedent, you can come to some really dumb conclusions.
