Not a chance. You're not giving the FL SC enough credit. They will not overturn these two decisions, which are consistent with prior case law and their own past rulings. Didn't they just do that to themselves with the last ruling where they changed the date again????? I wouldn't hold my breath on this one. The FLSC has proved themselves over and over to be the political arm of the democrats and will continue to do so. Just so happens they got caught by Mom and Dad (USSC) with their hands in the cookie jar this time.
