Absolutely no idea (nb my knowledge of Rosetta is pretty sketchy).
If you try to attach a logical reason to every stock movement, you will quickly loose your sanity....

I think it's tax loss selling. It has few institutional holders and nobody who owns the stock is up right now. My broker thinks tax loss selling should easy by Friday's option expiration. If not, at this rate, it should go to zero by the middle of next week. It might get downgraded if it goes to zero.
