Right, I hope he doesn't forget to mention that the 1700 ballots from the partial M-D recount need to be re-examined with whatever the objective standard is because they've never been certified. Or, swinging for the fences (because unfortunately they have the imprimatur of certification), that the tainted Broward results should be similarly re-examined.
