Oral arguments for Bush team saying if chad wasn't pushed all the way thru, not a legal ballot and should not be counted whatsoever, intent of the voter be damned. So much for the will of the people. Very sad.

If a punched ballot also has a dimpled chad...that is an over vote and should be thrown out. So all ballots would have to be re-counted by hand. AIN'T GOING TO HAPPEN!
