PRECISELY! And then a recount would consist of running the ballots through the counter again- -which was done- -and you're done!

But not according to Mr. Gore. He wants determination of "voter intent"! Bring in the ouija boards!

Look, in the tech world, this is the equivalent of RTFM- -Read The F**king Manual. It says to remove the chads. No removal, no vote. Simple. If you're stupid, illiterate, or careless, you don't vote.
