ha....hope so.......at least they seem to have a sense of humor...but damn, it sure does look like they are fishing for a way to count the votes and make everybody happy....

Supreme Court will take a "blackeye" rather than risk a Constitutional crisis in Congress over validity of electors. How does it get any weirder than Gore casting the controlling ballot for the Senate and Jeb Bush certifying the Bush slate of electors if the House and Senate disagree? The Electoral College portion of the Constitution is the only part not thorougly tested by previous circumstances.
