FYI - SUNW selling off on Banc of America warning that SUNW has given rebates of 3%. That signals weakness in the channel for the first time.

13:18 ET Sun Microsystems (SUNW) 36 1/8 -2 13/16 (-7.2%): -- Update -- Issue slips to lows of the
day after Banc of America Securities reports that its channel checks reveal rebates of 3% across-the-board,
which firm is seeing for the first time. B of A says it would be a buyer of the stock in the low-$30s.

It is not a Microsoft and Intel that is cutting SUNW off but IBM.
