The Court is unpredictable. My surmise: Ruling being vacated, with instructions to the FSC to devise a uniform standard, and order a resumption of the recount if it so wishes.

I suppose you would let Jesse Jackson name the winner of a beauty contest when the final two were one white girl and one black girl and call that unbiased and fair. Why not, beauty contests are all about publicity anyway. You sure are hung up on race relations. I didn't listen to the tapes so I will take a while to form an opinion. In the mean time, I guess we know now what it takes to bribe a Supreme Court Justice. Can't really offer them money or security, but to offer to set up a son for life on election day in return for a vote. Wow, Who would have imagined it would come to this? TP
