hard to call...the key topic seems to be different standards...Sandra Day Oconnor is the minimum swing...she's drilling Boise on different standards...

my 2 cents;
-there will be no Gore win
-either Bush win or
-recount with no dimples...
my bet is Bush win because of time factor/standards...

Like I said -- Fla SC really screwed up.

Had they addressed the remand first we wouldn't be in the pickle we are in now ...
