I would say if the Supreme Court is looking for a standard of review to be set in each county, and they stayed FSC because they did not establish a standard for recounts, then they will stay out of it and re-affirm the current way of balloting for this election, and Bush will win. They will not attempt to pry into State Const. law the way that FSC tried to by saying their is to be a standard, and then leaving it up to the county boards to decide the standard. The US Supreme Court will not get into state election law standards. They will probably say because one does not exist, is no reason for the FSC to try to establish one now. Sorry, you can correct that later, after this election, IMO.
