I have been lurking on this topic and agree with both sides.

Buying is a nice thing, but getting real information to the street about the biz forward is paramount. I have seen lots of "nice" officers buy stock only to find out the boat had a major leak and they were either too stupid to realize it or they wanted smoke to sell into strength.

It seems to me that the concerns in the DG might be valid. I would rather see INSP give an update or detail on these issues before I see buying.

Then again, both would be nice.
