I really don't care as long as the snapshot of votes they take, whenever in time, is fair. I'm listening to the USSSC hearing, apparently they think along the same lines. They seem to be busting Boises chops over different counties having different standards and are asking him how this is "fair". His reply..."that's a hard question to answer"... Jim
