Are there politics in the Legislative Bodies? Yes, of course

Are there politics in the Executive Branch? Again yes.

Are there politics in the Legislative Branch? Yes, and Marbury vs. Madison is a good example. They claimed their share of power within the system of government. Each body must recognize the time when "the buck stops here."
