Hello Captain Jim,

Thank You for the kind words. <smile>

I as well listened to the Supreme Court.

It's hard to find any 'hints' in their chatter, except they're conflicted and annoyed at having to deal with a mess handed down by Florida.

What may happen is that a 5/4, 6/3 or 7/2 decision is sent back demanding the legislature and the courts find a common ground to count the votes so that all can be included. This then requires more 'Time' and the whole thing reverts back to the federal congress to resolve and allow this to happen.

But this entire experience is a wonderful study in the fractured nature of our governing body, and how very wonderfully successful the originators were in creating our system of government and the juxtaposition of leadership.

I Like It...!

My Best,

Chip
