Good luck with messing up your cost basis, I took mine from $5 to $30 (pre split) with my recent purchase, but I'm not too worried. Impressive selling today, shows what a bunch of determined short traders can do to a stock without any news.

I want to pick up some Jan calls soooo bad, but I'm having hell with Schwab trying to get them to enable level-1 options trading. For some reason they think it's safe for me to trade unprotected shorts, but not to buy calls. Duh.

Dear Sueponine: Unless there is something I dont know about I think you will do well on your investment today. As I understand it SUNW is down because of the "expectation" that sales growth will slow. Well, in the context they are saying that is the 60% growth lately. Lets say it falls by a 1/3 to 40%, I would think that would be extreme. But, how would that 40% growth compare to the present P/E ratio? JDN

Faber on CNBS said that BAC analyst note usually precedes a formal downgrade which will happen tomorrow if it happens at all. Otehrs might just jump in to reiterate a strong buy rating at these low levels. I cannot see the stock staying above 52 week support and not rebounding. Forever long.
