Dear Kenneth: I would prefer not a remand, even though after the last fiasco I am sure if they DID remand it to the FSC they would SPELL OUT EXACTLY WHAT THEY EXPECT. I think no matter how you cut it this is the end for Gore, the question only is how much more do we have to put the nation through. I honestly got the impression that Boise is throwing in the towel regardless. I dont think he wants to argue this case anymore. JDN
