I did my civic duty! I didn't put up any lights (yet). I will await the all clear signal from the Governor - when he leaves the Capitol Christmas tree lights on all day. I hope he does that on or about January 1 so I can just forget about getting up on the ladder.

This is what happens when the legislature & executive branch attempt only partial deregulation, ignore the effect on market dynamics, and then attempt to put the now long-gone genie back in the bottle.
