So far I have seen neither side refrain from any action that will give them the presidency.

Amazing though the way Gore is trying to steal the election. He actually thinks that if more people voted for him in Florida, then maybe he should win. What a silly idea. Certainly it is up to the courts to decide whether to count all the ballots.

It's not just the Democrats - somebody was calling on one of the Justices to recuse himself because of being friends with Al Gore.
