<<Most of the undervotes are in Democratic territory.>>

I know this is difficult to understand but undervotes are "not" votes except when divined by Gore counters.

Most of the undervotes are in Democratic territory.
But they have been already been included, as the count stands;( Palm Beach, Broward and the heavily democratic areas of Miami Dade). What is left is heavily republican, and why there is such an outcry to ALgores count some of the votes strategy.

If recount undervotes, the The net + for Gore in broward would go down.

Palm Beach would probably stand as is. Miami Dade in the democratic districts (~120 ish ) Would go down. The remaining miami dade is 53% republican.

Volusha Dont know, but count was small + for gore. Assume that stays.

The remainder of Florida as a whole is HEAVILY Republican. Hillsboro county a lot of under votes is slightly + bush

Colier county, has a lot of punch ballot undervotes, 2:1 Bush.

Escambia 2:1 Bush

DuVal Bush 58% Gore 40%

Doom
