When the stay was granted it was all over...granting the stay was a more drastic action than reversing the FSC.

Hope your right......I just feel that nothing has gone has it should....law hasnt mattered to date and although they should end this as the law states, my gut says they will try and make everybody happy by getting those votes counted......who knows....hope they rule quickly

It seems to me that the Supremes' cleanest approach is to declare that the vague, "standardless," Florida manual re-count statute has to be thrown out as unconstitutional -- a violation of Article 2. All hand re-counts out, machine re-count is the final say.

Florida legislature will have to enact a new hand re-count statute in time for the next election.
