reminds me that I'm an individual investing nobody and that I need to be continuously careful in the IPO aftermarket, especially when the local media has fawned all over the prominent (for other science) scientists, public figures as first-round investors, and multi-mezzanine investments by can't-lose VCs. Bronze that one. There are going to be so many suckers "stuck" in the coming years it's silly. Brought to you by the greedy, or the overzealous. Take your pick, or choose both if you blame investment banks. OTOH, bargains abound. Big-time bargains.
