One more thing about SUNW that drives me nuts and I'll end the rantings. They are probably the ONLY technology company which makes efforts to stifle the flow of data and information by forcing customers to sign non-disclosure agreements about problems with SUNW hardware. If an INTC chip contains a flaw 9 spaces to the right of the decimal, the media is all over them. Yet I have never heard, except for a Forbes article, any mention of SUNW's dubious practicles in the common press. Part of the love affair by the media with a glorified boxmaker and the whiner who runs it.

SUNW, McNealy(McSqueeley) in particular, consistently makes the claim that MSFT is trying to stifle innovation and the flow of data. However, the facts say otherwise.
