Yeah, looks like the default outcome favours Bush. They may still be chatting about possible compromises in an attempt to make it 6/3 or 7/2. Incentive for the minority to compromise is it's better than an outright loss, incentive for the majority to compromise is public perception of the integrity of the court.

yea, the best things coming out the decision, in order should be:

1. Bush wins (yet again) - Gore is finally done
2. Boies is exposed for the fraudulent loser he is
3. The Florida Kangaroo's are slapped silly
4. All the liberal loser's here will have to go pound salt
