Let's go see what kind of chips those guys make.

Edit, DS makes comm chips, looks like a lot of DSL apps; mixed signal programmable delay line type functions; T1 network related chips. Don't think they can slam any one group because of them, the analysts won't understand their stuff anyway.

MCHP makes some DSP (look out TI?), some memory, like EEPROMs, some RF devices.

Doesn't look too onerous, but two in one day? They are pretty low profile, though.
