Dave, I can't agree with you more. This entire Supreme Court ruling is just a possibility for a momentum move as so many people (investors/traders) are anxious to be bullish on the market. So we are actually getting a contrary indicator of a bearish near term. However, we should go with the flow. I still feel that the most beaten down will recover the quickest although as you could see in NUAN today, it moved very strongly with huge volume but it petered out into the close same as TIBX, CFLO, and NUFO was already a short bait. Also the fact that this morning there was no gap up even with the futures up 95 was indicative that it will take more than a temporary reprieve to reinvigorate this market. Add to that the downgrades in ADTN,ANAD, MCHP and the many downgrades in the retail sector and we can see a different picture than is painted just by looking at the the daily indices.

ANAD move up into the session but at 5% above its year low its making a valient effort. My worry is what happens when the NUANs, TIBX's and TUT's are short term overbought and there is nothing much to move up after the news will be over, what will sustain this rally? Earnings? not likely only artificial intervention will sustain this rally, nothing more.
