Pussy cat, conspiracies are easy to construct when your audience has no motivation to question it's basis. So you are correct it will be easy for Jesse to sacrifice a few poor black kids, putting even more of them in jail, voiding even more voters from the black body politic. I understand the reasoning for what is unfolding and it's a travesty in all regards.
