NorAm Gaming Signs Agreement With AdvanteXCEL.com Communications, Inc. to Manage the Company's Internet Operations MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 12, 2000--NorAm Gaming & Entertainment Corp. (OTCBB:NORE - news) announces today that it has retained AdvanteXCEL.com Communications Inc. (OTCBB:AVXCF - news) of Buffalo, New York, to develop, manage and maintain the Company's internet operations. Mr. Julius Csurgo, CEO commented, ``AdvanteXCEL is a growing company with impressive operations and facilities that will allow NorAm the ability to build it's Internet gaming applications quickly and efficiently.
