Dr Id (& friend Michael), This is the kind of vote counting GWB is afraid of, 15% manufactured votes as easy as the twinkle of light through the ballot. Or maybe it was the guy with the magnifying glass closely observing the voters intent. After the example of "impartial vote devining in Broward, can you blame him for not wanting any part of this process. Besides he was ahead when time ran out.
