I am referring to more than that. Partisans can always make conjectural counts now or 5 years from now, and there is always the danger of mishandling, intentional or not. You can say they are not delicate, but how delicate must they be if people are reading intent from dimples?

I've got fingernails, right? And ballots are made of paper, right? And my fingernails can indent/mark those ballots, right? and people are looking for MARKS on those ballots with MAGNIFYING GLASSES, right.
