Lynn- Thanks for your comprehensive report. After reading it, all I can say is -- I wish I'd sold the @@%###@ stock before the buyout. I hate these complicated deals!

Lynn, how do I figure the cost basis in connection with the cash proceeds? It can't be my SEG total cost because then I would have no cost to offset the VRTS amount I will receive when I sell it.
